This private penthouse hosts three bedrooms, each furnished with an ample double bed, inbuilt wardrobes, lamps, sockets and room darkening shades. Each is serviced by its own ensuite. The master ensuite has two separate sinks, a large mirror with lights and towel rails. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, sinks, a mirror and storage for toiletries. The whole apartment has air conditioning for the warmer months and heating for the cooler parts of the year.

The main living/dining area is open plan and is tastefully furnished, deftly mixing comfort with style. Natural light fills the room through the double terrace doors that lead to your private terrace. The smart TV has a host of streaming options and there is wifi internet throughout the apartment. The dining set comfortably sits six. The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. There is a washing machine and dry, coffee maker and electric kettle, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

As you come out onto your terrace from the living room you will find the exterior dining set and BBQ. The exterior dining set also seats six and there are comfy furnishings to relax with a cool drink while taking in the sea views. There is also a spiral staircase which leads onto your private roof terrace. There are several sun loungers here to soak up the sun and a private hot tub, all of which afford you spectacular panoramic views of the sparkling Mediterranean and surrounding mountains.

For guests with cars there is private underground parking with 2 private spaces for your use. Within the community there are well kept gardens with communal sun loungers and a modern swimming pool with a shallow end. Las Lomas del Higueron strives to blend work with recreation, there is a communal co-working space that residents and guests have access to. In the other direction Puerto Banus and its famous strip is 30 minutes away by car, along with Marbella's charming old town.
