Welcome to your perfect holiday getaway in the heart of Benalmadena Costa! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking Ibensa Square is the perfect place to unwind.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and benefits from built-in wardrobe space with ample room to keep your travel clothes organised. There is plenty of natural light through the large exterior wall window. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and warm lighting creating a cosy feel, while in the 3rd bedroom you will find another single bed. All three rooms have bedside tables, lamps and plug sockets for charging your devices.

Our living and dining area is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the local area or having spent the day soaking up the sun at the beach. It is furnished with a comfortable and stylish sofa where you can sink in and watch your favourite show on the large flat-screen smart TV. Natural light creates a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a large dining table that easily accommodates 6 people. The living/dining area is stylishly decorated giving it a modern feel. There is wifi throughout, as well as air conditioning during the summer and heating for the colder months.

One of the highlights of our apartment is the enclosed balcony overlooking Ibensa Square. It is the perfect spot to sit and relax with a book or a drink. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect place to enjoy some downtime and soak up the sun. This chill out spot is also comfortably furnished to put you at ease.

The kitchen is perfect for anyone looking for a self-catered stay. It comes equipped with all the expected mod cons to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.There is an oven and hob for cooking. Along with a microwave for those quick snacks. The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, the pod coffee machine is a welcome addition to the kitchen. You'll be able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee every morning to start your day.

This property is also perfectly located close to the beach, bars, and clubs of Ibensa Square, an ever popular nightlife spot in Benalmadena Costa. You’ll have lots of options for entertainment during your stay. It is teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants, day or night it's a hive of activity offering plenty to do.

Of course one of Benalmadena Costa’s main attractions is its stunning beaches. The town boasts of more than 9km of coastline, which includes both sandy and rocky beaches. Visitors can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and various water sports activities, such as windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing. It’s home to various restaurants, cafes, and bars, where visitors can taste the delicious traditional Spanish cuisine and sip on refreshing cocktails while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

You are within working distance to everything you might want to do on holiday in Benalmadena. You're approximately an 8 minute walk to the beach. There are bars, restaurants and clubs on your doorstep. If you want to go further afield during your stay, you are an approximately 15 minute walk to the Benalmadena train station, which links you to Fuengirola in one direction and Andalusia's capital city and cultural heart, Malaga in the other.

This classic 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom Andalusian apartment is the ideal place to have some fun in the sun. Situated in the popular Pueblo Evita in Benalmadena Costa, you’ll have the choice of pools, a separate bar and clubhouse, while only being 300 meters from the beach!

This charming apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps a total of 4 people, so perfect for that family trip away. The master bedroom has a double bed and full wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, with two single mattresses and a full closet for storage. Both bedrooms are air conditioned as the apartment has air conditioning throughout.

The living and dining area is bright and comfortable. It is furnished with an ample sofa, perfect for lazy days and there is a smart TV if you need an evening to recharge. The dining set can seat 4 people comfortably and there is wifi installed.

The apartment also comes with its own private terrace. Its view overlooks the always vibrant Benalmadena. There are 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella so you can catch the sun in private. There’s an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments to enjoy the warm evenings with a cool drink. And you’ll have your own BBQ to rustle up some tasty treats.

The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian style. There is a swimming pool to cool off in and a separate children’s pool. On site there is a clubhouse and restaurant if you want to eat out without travelling too far. Open 09:00-21:00 out of season and open late until 23:00 during the summer. There is a separate pool bar open for the summer, an on-site supermarket and laundry.

Please note there is no lift in Pueblo Evita and you must climb steps to get to the apartment.

Not far from the complex there is the Mercadona supermarket and tennis courts just across the road. Benalmadena itself hosts a large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs. You’re also never far from the beach and Mediterranean.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in Arroyo de la Miel town centre. For day trips this train can connect you to Fuengirola and Malaga city, so you can explore the whole coast with ease.
