This ultra modern and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ready to help you have a relaxing stay away from home. Situated in the popular Higueron West development near Fuengirola’s coastline, this community has been designed with wellness and your peace of mind at the heart of the project.
The apartment is bright and spacious throughout, sleeping up to 6 people. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and access to its en-suite. This comes equipped with a walk-in shower, bath and two sinks. The second bedroom comes with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms are bright and come with closet space. The family bathroom is accessed from the hall and also has a walk-in shower.
The main living area is lit with natural light coming in from large floor to ceiling terrace windows that travel the length of the wall. The living/dining area has a large sofa so you can relax in front of the modern, wifi connected TV. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. In the kitchen there is plenty of counter space for food prep and it’s divided from the living area by a free standing breakfast bar. It comes equipped with the mod cons you’d expect, a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is an electric kettle and coffee pod machine.
As this is a ground floor apartment it has the added benefit of its own private garden and terrace. There are comfortable furnishings for lounging in the shade on hot summer days, an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments and the terrace comes equipped with a very modern BBQ and food preparation station with sink. There is an additional fee of 100EUR for use of the BBQ on request, this must be pre-ordered before arrival.
You will have access to several communal swimming pools on site and the Higueron West health facilities will be practically on your doorstep. Higueron West has a multitude of different facilities available. The Sport Club occupies a spacious 12.000 m2 and has a high tech gymnasium. The award winning Nagomi Spa is dedicated to beauty, wellbeing and relaxation. There's large variety of gastronomical choices offered from cafes, bars to restaurants.
COMMUNAL POOL INFO:
North Pool
Located near blocks 41, 42, and 43, the north swimming pool offers exceptional versatility. This pool remains open throughout the entire year (until 10:00 PM), providing consistent access for residents and visitors alike. Its year-round availability makes it a reliable recreational facility for community members. It is not heated.
South Pool
The south swimming pool presents a different operational model. This larger double pool requires lifeguard supervision and operates on a seasonal schedule. The pool is open from June 1st to September 30

Amazing apartment with a big enough garden to chill and have fun with the kids. The communication was 5* , a couple of minor issues were handled instantly. A rental car is a must for grocery shopping and beach visits. I’m definitely coming back!

Baños muy bonitos y prácticos y camas super cĂłmodas. El parking se agradece mucho, con acceso directo a la puerta de casa. JardĂn ideal para desayunar o cenar tranquilamente. Se necesita coche para ir a la playa o a comprar, pero todo está a pocos minutos en coche y la tranquilidad de la zona merece la pena. La atenciĂłn de Kate y Kimberlie fue perfecta y muy amable. Nos dieron las instrucciones para llegar, acceder y manejar los dispositivos de la casa a travĂ©s de la App y mensajes rápidos y claros. Siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera bien y a nuestro gusto. Recomiendo sin duda este alojamiento!
