Adjacent to this is a dining area that comfortably seats ten people around the large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the expected mod-cons including extras such as a wine cooler and decanter, juicer, cocktail shaker and champagne bucket. The ground coffee machine is a MELITTE and there is also an Electrolux coffee filter machine. There is a utility room housing the washing machine and dryer.
Each of the five bedrooms is complete with a super king bed, its own wardrobe space and a unique ensuite bathroom. Upper-floor bedrooms open onto a sun-drenched terrace through glass doors and all of them come equipped with room darkening shades. Outside on ground level around the pool there is a terrace with exterior furnishings, along with sun loungers and sun umbrellas in the garden. The pool can be heated during the cooler months (available for an additional €400 per week). There is also a jacuzzi and private sauna available to guests.
On the upper roof terrace you will find a trendy lounging space with an outdoor dining set with a gas barbecue and food prep station, more sofas under the shade and sun loungers to take in the view. There is also a games room in this villa with a full size pool table.
Located in the tranquil and upscale neighborhood of Guadalmina Alta, the villa is situated between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona. The Guadalmina Golf Clubhouse is just 50 meters away and offers a range of facilities for paying customers. There is a bar, restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and a driving range. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Guadalmina Shopping Center with its own restaurants, bars and supermarkets. For trips further afield we would recommend a car. The beach is a short drive away and you’re not far from Puerto Banús and Marbella’s Old Town.
