There is also air conditioning and heating throughout.
There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. Four full bathrooms which all contain a walk in shower. And one additional water closet with a toilet. Several of the bathrooms are en suite and also offer use of a bidet.
The villa boasts a furnished terrace which is perfect for family gatherings, outdoor relaxation and a spot of al fresco dining; as the outdoor area features comfortable furniture and an outdoor dining space. Set in the large fenced garden is this villa’s centerpiece feature. A private infinity pool and accompanying sun loungers so you can soak up the summer sun in style.

The ground coffee machine is a MELITTE and there is also an Electrolux coffee filter machine. There is a utility room housing the washing machine and dryer.
Each of the five bedrooms is complete with a super king bed, its own wardrobe space and a unique ensuite bathroom. Upper-floor bedrooms open onto a sun-drenched terrace through glass doors and all of them come equipped with room darkening shades. Outside on ground level around the pool there is a terrace with exterior furnishings, along with sun loungers and sun umbrellas in the garden. The pool can be heated during the cooler months (available for an additional €50 per night). There is also a jacuzzi (available for an additional €40 per night)and private sauna available to guests.
On the upper roof terrace you will find a trendy lounging space with an outdoor dining set with a gas barbecue and food prep station, more sofas under the shade and sun loungers to take in the view. There is also a games room in this villa with a full size pool table. Small dogs may be accepted on request.
Located in the tranquil and upscale neighborhood of Guadalmina Alta, the villa is situated between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona. The Guadalmina Golf Clubhouse is just 50 meters away and offers a range of facilities for paying customers. There is a bar, restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and a driving range. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Guadalmina Shopping Center with its own restaurants, bars and supermarkets. For trips further afield we would recommend a car. The beach is a short drive away and you’re not far from Puerto Banús and Marbella’s Old Town.
