Bursting with classic Andalusian charm, this sprawling villa can host up to 10 guests across 3 floors and is perfect for friends or families. Arriving through the front gate, you must climb steps up to the first entrance on the second level. Here is the first of several large terraces with a BBQ area and exterior dining set where you can enjoy the expansive mountain and sea views. Through this entrance is the villa’s apartment which comes with its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a magnificent four poster bed. Perfect for if you require a little more space or privacy from your main traveling group. Both it and the main floors of the villa have full air con and heating facilities.
Continuing up the steps to the top floor will bring you to the villa’s main entrance by a small courtyard and another small exterior dining set. Go straight through the main reception hall to arrive at the large billiards and entertainment room. Awash with natural light, large patio doors lead out onto the villa’s main terrace and it is here where you can take in the villa’s fantastic sea views to their full extent. On one side of this level is a living and dining area and a large kitchen. Furnished to a high standard, you never lose sight of the Mediterranean. The kitchens are both fully equipped to a high spec you would expect from a self-catered villa, with fridge freezers, ovens and stoves, microwaves, kettles and coffee machines to name a few.
The other side of the villa hosts another double bedroom with beautifully opulent furnishings. A second double room can also be found here with a dedicated workspace, perfect if you need to do a little work while you’re away. There is free wifi throughout the villa. There is also a third double bedroom with another 4 poster bed. This floor hosts two full bathrooms. One is equipped with his and her sinks and a shower, while the other invites you in to relax in its jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms come with ample storage space and room darkening blinds or coverings.
Walking out onto the expansive terrace you will find another large exterior dining set with comfortable furnishings which seats up to 8 people. Perfect for that al fresco dining moment. Move along the side and you have access to the villa’s private pool, which is open all year and can be heated during the colder months for an additional cost, so you never have to miss out whenever you decide to visit. There is an exterior shower and spiral steps back down to the lower terrace and BBQ area. Please note that around the villa exterior there are low walls. Guests should remain aware of them as they can present a falling hazard. Do not leave children unattended around the pool or other exterior areas.
More steps lead to the top terrace where you will find a partially shaded seating area to relax in, along with sun loungers, ensuring you have views of both the mountains and sea while you soak up the sun.
There is an elevator available to use in the house. Please ensure you always have your phone on you when using it in case of emergencies and never let children use it unattended. On the ground floor there is another bedroom which can sleep 3 more guests in a double and a single bed. There is another full bathroom here too and a darts room with another small sofa and desk. The garage is not accessible to guests and all parking is currently on street.
Villa Rosa De Los Vientos is ideally located to take advantage of all of the local amenities. For beach lovers there are several sandy beaches located approximately 5km from the house. The Miramar shopping centre offers outlet shopping, bars, restaurants and a multiplex cinema with original language screenings and is only 3.5km away. There local area also hosts a number of padel courts and golf clubs within 1.3km of the villa.

It also comes complete with two bedrooms and each of these have en suites, both equipped with walk in showers. The master room is furnished with a super king bed. The guest house has a private entrance from the street and is separated from the main villa with its own terraces, it's a great space for those looking for some extra privacy, perfect for guests or staff.
The modern and stylishly furnished living areas have large windows which light the villa beautifully with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons you would expect to see in a villa, including a fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, hob, dishwasher and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
The private pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer heat and sun loungers are available to soak up the rays. The pool can also be heated during the winter on request for an additional 50 EUROS per day. This must be requested before arrival. It is available all year round, but please not it may be subject to regional drought restrictions outside of the summer period.
The terrace is also furnished with ample comfortable seating and there’s a large outdoor dining area to enjoy those al fresco moments. You can soak in the panoramic views of the sea and Sierra Nevada mountains both from downstairs and from the upper levels.
