Description
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee pod machine with a milk frother, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and more. There’s even a blender for preparing smoothies or baby food. Those with very young children should know that there is a high chair and a cot included in the apartment, with only additional cots and chairs needing to be hired at extra cost. Off the kitchen is a comfortably furnished living room which leads out onto the balcony, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee. There are 2 fold up chairs that guests are welcome to bring to the beach and a vacuum cleaner in the master bedroom closet.
For people with mobility issues the apartment itself is step free and there is an elevator in the building. Please note that there is no private parking at this complex. If you have a car there are several public parking lots within a short walk from the apartment. However, the flat is very centrally located and just 10min walk from Fuengirola train station which has excellent public transport links connecting you to the rest of the coast and Malaga Airport, so a car is not necessary. Please be aware that we are not accepting youth groups below the age of 22. As this is a residential building, we ask guests not to host parties or events, including stag or hen parties. Any complaints about noise or misbehaviour can result in a loss of your security deposit.
The apartment location is second to none, on a quiet one-way street in the heart of Fuengirola's charming Old Town, just 3 minutes' walk from the beach and a minute from the famous Plaza Chinorros and its wide range of eateries. You’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and cafes. There is a medium sized Maskom supermarket 50 metres from the flat for everyday essentials and large Dia and Mercadona supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. There are 3 children's playgrounds within a 5 minutes' walk from the flat - one of which is on the beach.

This ultra modern and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ready to help you have a relaxing stay away from home. Situated in the popular Higueron West development near Fuengirola’s coastline, this community has been designed with wellness and your peace of mind at the heart of the project.
The apartment is bright and spacious throughout, sleeping up to 6 people. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and access to its en-suite. This comes equipped with a walk-in shower, bath and two sinks. The second bedroom comes with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms are bright and come with closet space. The family bathroom is accessed from the hall and also has a walk-in shower.
The main living area is lit with natural light coming in from large floor to ceiling terrace windows that travel the length of the wall. The living/dining area has a large sofa so you can relax in front of the modern, wifi connected TV. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. In the kitchen there is plenty of counter space for food prep and it’s divided from the living area by a free standing breakfast bar. It comes equipped with the mod cons you’d expect, a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is an electric kettle and coffee pod machine.
As this is a ground floor apartment it has the added benefit of its own private garden and terrace. There are comfortable furnishings for lounging in the shade on hot summer days, an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments and the terrace comes equipped with a very modern BBQ and food preparation station with sink. There is an additional fee of 100EUR for use of the BBQ on request, this must be pre-ordered before arrival.
You will have access to several communal swimming pools on site and the Higueron West health facilities will be practically on your doorstep. Higueron West has a multitude of different facilities available. The Sport Club occupies a spacious 12.000 m2 and has a high tech gymnasium. The award winning Nagomi Spa is dedicated to beauty, wellbeing and relaxation. There's large variety of gastronomical choices offered from cafes, bars to restaurants.

This pool remains open throughout the entire year (until 10:00 PM), providing consistent access for residents and visitors alike.
